ADAllen Pharma remains open for business under exceptional circumstances and we have put risk measures in place to ensure that social distancing is followed by all members of staff and the majority of staff working from home to maintain any queries and processing of orders. Obviously this is a very strange and unprecedented time, but rest assured we are doing everything we can to minimise any impact to our business and our stakeholders, customers and suppliers. You may experience delays to deliveries as a result of the Covid 19 situation but we are trying our very best to minimise any delays as far as we can within our control.
Licensed warehouses
Our licensed warehouses have special dispensation to still supply medical products at the current time and very much trying to keep to business as normal. We are taking all precautions at all of our sites with working from home for certain roles, minimal overlaps of shifts and people, personnel segregation and additional hygiene measures in house to name but a few.
Warehouse facilities
Our third party warehouse facilities have taken steps to secure supplies of masks, antiseptic hand sanitisers, wipes, IPA cleaner and gloves. In addition, disinfectant supplies have been secured lest it becomes necessary to disinfect warehouse flooring. The company has sprayed plastic wrapped pallets at the point of unloading from vehicles of goods which have come from outside the UK and Ireland should that precaution become desirable.
Drivers
Drivers are carrying hand sanitizers in their vehicles and will try to remain in vehicles wherever possible to remain isolated.
We are trying to minimise movements and conduct meetings via conference call to reduce the risk of contact.
External Haulers / Contractors and visitors
External Haulers / Contractors and visitors will be asked to adhere to the following:
- Complete Medical Questionnaire on arrival at site
- Do not attend site if showing symptoms of Cough, Fever, Shortness of Breath
- When on site, remain in your vehicles wherever possible
